She has studied extensively with teachers including Tiffany Cruikshank, Seane Corn, Tias Little, Rod Stryker, Maty Ezraty, and many others. She is currently completing her thesis toward the 1000-hour Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutics Specialist certification. Today, Heather focuses on education, mentorship, and creating learning spaces that invite depth without pressure, structure without rigidity, and growth without burnout. Her work supports practitioners and teachers alike in building confidence, discernment, and a lasting relationship with yoga that evolves over time.
