Course Description

Join Heather Otterbine E-RYT 500 & Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutics Specialist, for this 3-part Yoga for Osteoporosis series. In this special series of classes we will use targeted, thoughtful movements to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. These sessions can be practiced individually, or you can mix and match your pose work to create a daily routine that best suits your needs. Whether you have osteopenia, osteoporosis, or are someone who’s interested in potentially lowering your risk for developing it at all, then this series is for you.
